The Gulf Coast CCS Alliance was formed to advance one of the most significant carbon capture and storage (CCS) opportunities in the world. The companies that are a part of this effort believe now is the time for ambitious collaboration among industry, non-governmental organizations, academia, and local communities to significantly reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) and other greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions while simultaneously meeting America’s growing energy and industrial needs.
